If your cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to your excursion date and time, or if you are a No-Show at the time of boarding, you will be charged a 100% cancellation penalty.
We run Rain or Shine! Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. These circumstances are at the discretion of New Horizons & Breakaway Charters.
