Who we hire

Captain
Run day trips, private charters and sunset sails. Responsible for the vessel, the team on board and every guest on board.
Mate / Deckhand
Lines, anchoring, snorkel briefings, in-water guest support and keeping the boat clean and ready.
Night Kayak Guide
Lead the evening glow kayak tours from Elysian Beach Resort. Safety briefings, guiding the group and keeping everyone together.
Dock & Check-In Staff
Check guests in, handle waivers, coordinate cruise ship and resort pickups, and get every departure out on time.
Reservations
Answer calls, texts and emails, manage bookings, and help guests pick the right trip.
